REGROUP VIDEO #3 | Meeting with… Brendan Spillane

During the REGROUP mini-publics, part of work package 4, we invite citizens from France, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, and Italy to discuss their experiences regarding knowledge circulation, the role of experts, disinformation, and political trust during the pandemic to ultimately formulate policy recommendations.

To provide some background knowledge on these themes, we asked four scientists to record a short explainer video to share knowledge on their field of expertise, which is shown to the participants during the mini-publics.

In this video, assistant professor and coordinator of the VIGILANT project Brendan Spillane explains what disinformation entails and how we can prevent it.
